Our agent solutions enables agents to maintain listings online from one central interface. This central interface then distributes the listings seamlessly to the agents personal websites, and network websites ie. hotsheet.ca, realmap.ca etc. to name a few.

WIth our "Q" support email ticketing system and toll free number we are a complete I.T. solution for any agent. Utilizing advanced remote tools our I.T. department can provide a level of support to the agent that will seem like we are in the office so agents can focus on real estate.

• Broker Reciprocity
  • This feature allows agents to share listings on each others personal websites by simply enabling the feature in the iWebRealEstate.com members login. This serves as a great tool as it provides brokerage listings to new agents who would not otherwise have listings to advertise being new to the business. Heavy listing agents benefit from the added exposure and agents who predominately deal with buyers benefit from the additional leads generated from the listings on their personal website they would not otherwise have.
• Virtual Tours
  • Full screen virtual tours that any agent can create with not only ease but at a price that breaks the barrier and can make the difference of losing or securing a listing. Using any digital camera and a tripod every agent can take their own 360 rotation photos in mere minutes. Once completed agents simply send the images to our I.T. department and in same-day service the virtual tour photos are transformed and enabled in the listing as full screen virtual tours that download and view fast for every visitor either on the broker or agent website.
• Client Care
  • Our iClientCare.com generic login area can be incorporated into the broker site along with agents personal sites allowing listing clients the ability to login and receive showing feedback, statistics on their listing and to view documents in a pdf format. Agents can request feedback on showings from other agents thru our automated system freeing agents to focus on other aspects of their marketing.
• Instant Email Notifications
  • Integration into our HotSheet.ca and HotSheetLive.ca systems visitors to the websites can sign up anonomously to receive instant email notifications of when new listings are added days in advance before they are added into the MLS system. Each time a new listing is added to the system every registered subscriber that matches the criteria receives an email minutes after being added to our system.
• Automated Feature Sheets
  • Each listing automatically creates an automated feature sheet that visitors can print or the agent can use for marketing materials. Feature sheets can be customized to match the agents current marketing materials.
• Integrated Sites
  • RealEstateMap.ca / RealMap.ca :: Office listings are automatically mapped visually identified on an interative map. When you click on the icon visitors will see the address, price, property type, photo, realtor and a direct link to more info and photographs. Just like thumbtacks on a map, REALMap™ literally puts the clients home on the map.
• National Do Not Call List (DNCL)
  • The National Do Not Call List (DNCL) went into effect across Canada on September 30, 2008. Heavy fines will be imposed if agents call a number that is on the list. The new law burdens the broker or agent with the responsibility to check any and all numbers called against the list. Companies across Canada are now required to have an internal Do Not Call List which is built into our iWebRealEstate.com allowing agents to add phone numbers and check phone numbers against the company Do Not Call List. In addition to, if the broker has a subscription from the Government of Canada for additional area codes those would be available in the iWebRealEstate.com. We have also developed a Vista Sidebar plugin that allows agents to check phone numbers and get an immediate response without the need to login to iWebRealEstate.com.
• Blogging Tools
  • Built in blogging platform so agents blogs can appear not only on their personal website, but also on our exclusive RealtorBlogs.ca & RealEstateBlogs.ca sites. This adds a great seo benefit as blogs essentially contain keywords for an agents site.
• Email Protection
  • We utilize a dedicated spam firewall appliance that is updated every hour 24/7. This appliance is an industry leader in stopping spam not based just on content but a range of factors that ensures spam is virtually eliminated. We know how important email is and take spam seriously.
